"Wolton Family Story
As a single dad my biggest dream is to give my daughter the stability and
space she deserves. She’s growing up so fast, and sharing a small one
bedroom apartment is becoming harder. I want her to have her own room, a
place where she can dream, learn and just be a kid while enjoying the
amenities of having her own space.
When I found Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna, I saw more than just a path
to homeownership – I saw hope! A chance to build a future where my daughter
has a safe, stable place to grow, a quiet space for schoolwork and a home
where we can create lasting memories together.
This opportunity means everything to us. I am beyond grateful for the kindness
and support of this community, helping to turn our dream into reality. One day,
I hope my daughter looks back and sees not just a house, but the love, hard
work and generosity that made it possible."
