Thank you for another successful Women Build Campaign!
During May and June, Women Build Teams came together to help build a brighter future for two Habitat homebuyers - Wolton and his daughter and Sharon and her son.
Through teamwork and determination, volunteers helped transform a concrete foundation into a duplex now ready for drywall. Their efforts didn’t stop on the build site - together, these teams raised over $46,000 to help cover the cost of construction materials and other expenses for these future homes. That total will continue to grow as additional donations are received and processed.
Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna is deeply grateful to every Women Build team, team leader, volunteer, and donor who made this campaign such a success. We especially want to recognize our top fundraisers:
